Meet The Co-hosts of The Elevated Life Podcast
Ashley Stowall is a dynamic Senior Human Resources leader with 20 years of career experience in cultivating inclusive workplace cultures and innovative talent management strategies. As a PHR certified Human Resources professional she is a trusted advisor who empowers individuals and teams to navigate the complexities of today’s dynamic workforce.
As an advocate and coach, Ashley excels in guiding leadership teams and driving impactful change management initiatives. Her educational foundation in Counseling and reputation for building strong relationships enables her to lead others through transformative self-reflective experiences.
As the proud owner of a life coaching business, Ashley has positively impacted countless individuals, couples, and career professionals, assisting them in uncovering the layers that inhibit their next phase of success. Her commitment to personal and professional growth is evident in every interaction with the unique combination of her expertise and supportive approach.
In her downtime Ashley enjoys time at the beach, a good Girls Night Out, and making memorable moments with her husband, Justin, and their children, Madison and Anderson. Ashley also enjoys creative expression through home remodeling and design. Her recipe for happiness is a well-rounded life filled with love, connection and grace.
Evette Creighton is Talent Management executive with over 15 years of experience in Talent Management, Inclusion, and Diversity. She has held various leadership roles, providing strategic direction and oversight for talent initiatives.
Evette serves as Secretary of the Women Lead Change Board of Directors and is a member of the New Wells Board of Directors. She has received the 2023 Corridor Business Journal's 40 under 40 and Most Influential Leader awards.
In addition to her professional achievements, she mentors professional women and serves in ministerial leadership at New City Church Cedar Rapids. She and her husband, Martez, own a lifestyle and travel management business, providing coaching, consultation, and hospitality services. Evette lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with Martez and their two daughters, Evie and Ezra.
